2. Purpose of the Service

Schautrack is a personal tracking app to log weights and related progress. It is intended for personal use and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a medical professional for health decisions.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and use strong passwords and 2FA where available.
• Ensure the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 16 years old to use Schautrack.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior (including harassment, spam, or attempts to break security).
• No reverse engineering, automated scraping, or interference with service operation.
• No sharing of account access with unauthorized parties.

5. Availability and Changes

The service is provided “as is” without guaranteed uptime. Features may change or be discontinued. I may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for security reasons.

6. Data and Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. By using Schautrack you acknowledge that data necessary to provide the service (such as account details, settings, and your logged entries) will be processed and stored.

7. Liability

The app is provided without warranties. Liability for damages is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health, as required by applicable law. In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

8. Termination and deletion

You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings or by following the process on the deletion page. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed unless legal retention duties apply.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
